Inside the arrivals hall of your terminal (T1 or T2), holding a board with your name. Before you land, you’ll have your driver’s name and phone number on WhatsApp, so you can message each other the moment you touch down.
Delays cost you nothing. We track your flight live and adjust the pickup time automatically, and your first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free. If your flight is cancelled, tell us as soon as you can — we’ll simply rebook you at no charge.
We are an official Barcelona taxi service, so the fare follows the city’s official taxi tariffs on the meter — the same as any licensed Barcelona taxi. Tolls and supplements follow the official rates; there are never hidden extras.
